DRILL STEM TEST SERVICE

Drill Stem Tests in wells combined with pressure and temperature measurement (memory gauges: working pressure up to 15,000 psi, working temperature up to 177 °C).

DST sets:

  • Halliburton Standard OD 3-7/8” (maximum working pressure 9,500 psi) and 5” (maximum working pressure 10,000 psi),
  • Halliburton FUL-FLO OD 5” (maximum working pressure 10,000 psi),
  • Baker Inflatable OD 5” (maximum working pressure 5,000 psi).

Standard sets are designed to perform two-cycle drill steam tests with two flow periods and two pressure build up periods.

Halliburton standard OD 5” (127 mm) set in casing:

  • With RTTS 7” packer (17-38 lb/ft; casing ID 150,4 – 166 mm)
  • With RTTS 9-5/8” packer (40,0-71,8 lb/ft; casing ID 207 – 224,4 mm)
  • With HD Retrievable packer 13-3/8” (54,5 – 77,0 lb/ft; casing ID 313,0 – 320 mm).

Halliburton standard OD 5” (127 mm) set in open hole:

  • With NR 7-1/2” packer set in open hole 8-1/2” (215,9 mm),
  • With NR 11-1/4” packer set in open hole 12-1/4” (311,15 mm).

Halliburton standard OD 3-7/8” (98,5 mm) set in casing:

  • With RTTS 5” packer set in casing 5” (15-18 lb/ft; casing ID 108,6 – 112 mm),
  • With RTTS 6-5/8” packer set in casing 6-5/8” (24-32 lb/ft; casing ID 144,1 – 150,4 mm).

Halliburton standard OD 3-7/8” (98,5 mm) set in open hole:

  • With NR 5-1/4” packer set in open hole 5-5/8” (142,9 mm),
  • With NR 5-1/2” packer set in open hole 5-7/8” – 6-1/8” (149,2 – 155,6 mm).

Halliburton FUL-FLO OD 5”

Multi-cycle set with ID 2,25” (2” with schock tool):

  • With RTTS 7” packer (17-38 lb/ft; casing ID 150,4 – 166 mm)
  • With RTTS 9-5/8” packer (40,0-71,8 lb/ft; casing ID 207 – 224,4 mm)
  • With HD Retrievable packer 13-3/8” (54,5 – 77,0 lb/ft; casing ID 313,0 – 320 mm).

Baker Inflatable OD 5”

Two-packer, multi-cycle set for selective testing with packers:

  • 5” set in open hole 5-7/8” - 6-1/8”,
  • 7” set in w open hole 8-1/2”,
  • 10,4” set in w open hole 12-1/4”.

Surface equipment: DST flow heads, pipes, valves, test manifolds: working pressure up to 10,000 psi.
